President Buhari has expressed shock over the news of the late night shootings and bombings in Paris, France on Friday night by the Islamist State group.
In a statement issued in Abuja by Femi Adeshina, his Media and Publicity Special Adviser, the president condemned the harrowing incident and convey his sympathy on behalf of the government and people of Nigeria to his French counterpart and the people of France.
The President further denounced the attacks and extended his sincere condolences to families, friends and relatives and other victims of the barbaric attacks.
Nigeria as a country that has, unfortunately, been caught in a similar web voices its solidarity with the people and government of France as they mourn the victims.
The Nigeria's strongman concluded by calling on peace-loving nations of the world to act in collaboration with one and all geared towards tackling the growing threat of global terror.
