Suspected Boko Haram insurgents have reportedly attacked Chibok local government, in Borno state.
The new attack was said to have taken place in Balakari village.
Not less than four people were reported dead and an unspecified number of people injured.
This was revealed to TheCable by a source, who was quoted to have said that the attack took place around 11am on Saturday, October 10.
“Four people were killed in the attack and many houses were also destroyed. “Some rode on motorbikes, while some trekked. They were fully armed and shot into the air, confidently. The military did not respond on time.”
